Pizza Lover? You're not alone! Pizza is one of my all-time favorite foods.

Because I can't imagine life without pizza, Weight Watchers is the only weight loss program that ever worked for me.

Don't think you have to kiss pizza goodbye just because you're trying to lose weight. Weight Watchers teaches you how to have your pizza and your skinny jeans too.

Whether you are a fan of thin crust pizza, favor thick crust, or are a total pepperoni fiend, myWW you the flexibility to enjoy any kind of pizza any way you like.

How Many Calories & Weight Watchers Points in a Slice of Pizza?

Pizza calories and nutrition and WW Points can vary substantially based on the toppings, the cooking method, the crust and the size of the pizza slice. A single slice of cheese pizza from a popular restaurant chain has around 250 calories and 9 WW Points.

Adding meats like sausage or pepperoni will increase the calories and points. A slice of pepperoni pizza will cost you 10 Points. While a personal pan cheese pizza can set you back as many as 20 points.

But as a lifetime WW member, my approach to pizza is different than it once was. I no longer eat it as often or stuff myself until I hurt. I've learned to enjoy it in moderation occasionally. I've also learned to satisfy my cravings for pizza with a wide range of healthy pizza-inspired recipes.

A lighter healthier way to enjoy pizza for fewer Points, is with healthier DIY pizzas you make at home.

I thought it would be fun to create a collection of lighter healthier recipes for pizza and pizza-flavored dishes, that won't blow your Points budget.

You'll find traditional pizzas, english muffin pizzas, pizza muffins, pizza casseroles, pizza soups, salads, paninis, with all kinds of crusts, homemade, tortillas, flatouts, zucchini, portabellas, cauliflower, pizza meatloaf, pizza rolls, bubble pizza and more. Enjoy!
