About Time | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Deborah Ross The Spectator Try as I might, and I did try, I just could not find it interesting or affecting, in any way. Sep 5, 2018 Full Review About Time | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Candice Frederick Reel Talk Online The film is an overly long attempt for its lead character to create the picturebook life of his dreams. Rated: C- Sep 6, 2017 Full Review About Time | Rotten Tomatoes (3) Francesca Steele Independent (UK) [About Time] is less a rom com than a family drama and though it loses its way in the middle, it is when Curtis allows these familial ties to shine that the film comes into its own. Aug 11, 2017 Full Review About Time | Rotten Tomatoes (4) JD Duran InSession Film Sure, some of it is stereotypical but the second half of the film was devastating. The script turns from romantic comedy to a father-son relationship that is charming, yet heartbreaking at the same time. Aug 12, 2024 Full Review About Time | Rotten Tomatoes (5) Iván Kazi EscribiendoCine Despite its uneven presentation, the film's message is consistent and has to do with the human condition and the consistencies in relationships that either unite or distance people. Affection, loyalty, Trust. No, its time travel concept doesn't make watertight sense. Mar 21, 2023 Full Review Read all reviews

saulo m It is quite original and deep.If you don't like it, you didn't understand it,if you don't understand it, do not criticise. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/25/24 Full Review João Vinicius A I wish I could have it all to myself. Everything it represents and says to me has so much meaning. When I saw it for the first time, I cried a lot, the second time, I cried even more. Well, I don't know how many times I've seen it, but one thing I know: I cried every time. I love you, it's about time. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/23/24 Full Review Claudio Maximiliano V Una de mis películas favoritas... Una comedia romántica tan hermosa y perfecta. Actuaciones fantasticas... Vale la pena cada segundo Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/22/24 Full Review Marcus S This movie takes the classic romantic Hollywood clichés and makes them feel more grounded and down to earth. A great sense of humour and an emotional connection and relationship between the characters that feel very real, which makes the second half of the movie absolutely devastating and wholesome! You'll sit with a smile on your face despite the tears running down your cheeks while the movie shows just how bittersweet and challenging life can be, but it also shows that it's okay, cause none of us are alone in feeling that way. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 10/09/24 Full Review Jace E Quirky, original, beautiful, heartwarming, there are so many words I could use to describe About Time. The film does an incredible job at taking something "supernatural" and incorporating it seamlessly into the real world. Though the hook is the time travel element, there is so much more to this movie that meets the eye. The relationship between the characters is touching, the earnest nature of the protagonist is charming and the finale is one of the most touching/tear-jerking in recent memory. It is evident that the writers thought carefully about the rules of time travel, specifically related to the third act reveal. About Time is also much more than a Rom/Com. While Tim and Mary's love story is at the forefront (and their playful banter is captivating), the beautiful nature of living each day to the fullest is truly what drive this film to greatness.Best Character: Tim (honorable mention to nearly every other character)Best Quote: "I thought this phone was old, and suddenly it's my most valuable possession." - TimBest Scene: Quick Little WalkBest Piece of Score: Golborne RoadHonorable Mention Quote: "We're all traveling through time together, every day of our lives. All we can do is do our best to relish this remarkable ride." - TimNote: I think that the relationship between Tim and his father is one of the best parent/child bonds in all of cinema. Note 2: I LOVE Tim's Dad's secret formula for happiness and his ultimate twist on it. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/18/24 Full Review Breno L As reading the reviews, I could see that a lot of people don’t know what a good movie looks like. This is a masterpiece, a must watch. It’s a movie to be in your comfort movies list. The way that Rachel leads this movie even though she isn’t the main character just caught me off guard. Absolute cinema. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 09/16/24 Full Review Read all reviews
