Elisa listed our home on a Tuesday and held an Open House on Sunday of the same week. Within days she had received 11 offers from qualified buyers (with several above the asking price). Elisa helped me and my husband through the very complicated process of buying land on which we plan to build our dream home. She was a tremendous help in the process of finding and narrowing down our choices and guided us to the best choice for us. Once we finish building the dream house we plan to sell with Elisa. I don't even know where to begin describing how happy we are with our experience with Elisa!! A good friend recommended her to us and we are so glad he did. As first time home buyers in an extremely competitive market, we were a bit nervous and overwhelmed. Elisa was energetic, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. I really appreciated her ability to be honest about homes we saw or offers we put in etc. It made us feel much more confident when making the big, important decisions involved in purchasing a home. She'll give it to you straight and you really need that! She also made excellent recommendations for every part of the process including legal representation, inspection services, and insurance providers. I used Elisa (a team member of Deborah Lucci team) for selling my home and she was absolutely the best. I feel blessed that I used her, excellent service and was beside us from the very start till the property was recorded. Amazing personality with the best of attitude and just a phone call away. I actually learnt a life trait from her, "never give up". She keeps fighting even in the most adverse conditions and treats your money as if it is hers. Truly a phenomenal human being. I would highly recommend Elisa! Elisa is extremely knowledgeable at what she does. She helped us to get our home and made the process very easy for our family. Elisa is very responsive to all texts, emails, messages etc. I never felt like anything was an inconvenience for her. If you are looking to buy or sell your home give Elisa a call. We met Elisa at the one and only open house we went to on a whim. We are so happy we did - she asked us what we were looking for and we told her we were moving from California and had NO IDEA where we wanted to live - from winchester to marblehead to andover, and the only thing that mattered was that we wanted something open plan and "as california as possible" - i.e. no colonials, pool, nice driveway and yard. She worked with our weird request and quickly figured out what we liked and what we did not like. She sent us weekly listings of properties often before they were public on all the sites and when we were interested in a property she acted immediately to get us in. She helped us get pre approved when we didn't know the massachusetts market specifics, and she battled 7 other offers including one that was higher than ours to make our case that we were the better buyer. It was the easiest purchase and close I've ever had and we could not have done it without her.

Elisa went above and beyond in managing the sale of our home in Andover. From start to finish, Elisa was kind, attentive, supportive and honest. She is a very hard worker and I was most impressed with her can-do and positive attitude. Elisa understood the challenges and steps associated with selling a family home after 22 years. She guided and supported us through the declutter, the remodel, the update and the staging process in a way that was necessary and appealing to buyers while being respectful and thoughtful to us as sellers. As a result our home sold in approximately 10 days because of her efforts, her vision and her expertise.
