Received a usual message in my inbox from a young entrepreneur for FSSAI related queries relating to his product etc. I shared my contact details and we had a quick call to understand his queries. He introduced himself as Nitin who is introducing a coffee like product prepared from a distinct ingredient. I found the product to be interesting and innovative but what was more astonishing was that he was a 12th Grade student from Delhi and trying to start his business as part of the Delhi Govt. initiative to encourage young children to start their business by providing a small amount as starting capital. It‘s not daily that I find my client to be a 12th Grade student who is trying to make an impact in an extremely challenging field of food business. Sharing his link for your love and support, the minimum I can do to encourage our young and aspiring generations to be self-dependent and develop their entrepreneurial skills.The Raj Bhardwaj
